Great culture and top notch team of people working to take care of their customers. Excellent communication, tools, and resources available to analyze business.

Cons

Disconnect between budgeted goals, especially in regards to price management, and competitive landscape in certain locations. Slow to respond to changes in market conditions.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
