The benefits are ok. 2 weeks paid vacation

Cons

Work overload, drama infested, worthless management. Favoritism and the whole facade that our main objective is to exceed customers expectations !?! Yeah we do that by slapping a big fat bill to the loyal customers that’s been with the company for 30 years but give a fresh new customer rock bottom prices just to get them signed up. The loyal customer gets a rude awakening. The customers get smarter and call in as a new customer and hear that price and change companies the same day. It’s sad. And management says that’s how they expect it to happen.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
