Slavedrivers! I worked for this awful company for 1 year after previous company was bought by Suburban. after being in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years, this company made me want to leave the industry forever! Micromanaged with no hope of ever being promoted, compensation was laughable and their training programs, which were designed to help grow you in your field was better suited for non-thinking, non-feeling robots! Do Not drink the Kool-Aid here, they will suck the life out of you!! would not recommend dealing with this company in any capacity! All of our Managers(8) quit OR WERE LAID OFF within 2 months of this acquisition, so they loaded all of their work onto the CSR's. Well played Suburban, well played!
