Pros

Decent healthcare benefits, nothing more

Cons

Sales Reps are paid $19,200.00/yr + commission. Commission is very low, $.05/gal max for liquid fuels sales. This company has many management/operational issues that just don't seem to get fixed. Sales Reps don't have access to sales commission reports, have to fight with CSC Manager to get anything done! This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. This company does not appreciate or know how to manage a sales force.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
