Pros

It was a small office so I worked independently. The people were great to work with. I was very close to my customers also. They helped me with my education and the benefits were good. All in all it was a positive experience.

Cons

Learning the propane business was a bit of a challenge. Also trying to make budget each month. Our office was not very nice at all but the atmosphere made up for it.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
