Great incentives, raffles, decent people.
Cons
Management should compensate employees for their merit and not give raises across the board. Not a motivation to take on more work while others slack off. Yearly reviews are with an overall score of 4, which never happens. They are designed to keep you at a certain level of pay and position. Benefits keep going up every year, but not the salary.
