Pros

Coworkers are friendly. Industry might be relatively recession proof.

Cons

Their motto is "Our business is customer satisfaction" which is a joke. All smoke and mirrors. The Call Center stresses being pleasant instead of being honest and professional. Dozens of local offices are dysfunctional across the country and many more are totally incompetent. Price gouging is common. Corporate policies for pricing, locking the tanks, emergency deliveries and emergency services are based on flawed metrics. Little is uniform nationwide. It's almost as if each local office were a franchise doing what ever it pleases. Autofill is a big sales selling point and is a joke - autofill is failing big time. Getting an emergency delivery on Christmas was a big selling point - Christmas 2022 at the Call Center was a total, complete fiasco. I was there.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
