Pros
A sit down job without much physical activity. Get to work with computers and software at least.
Cons
Every call center is different. The one I worked at was boring as far as management, the work, and many of the coworkers. I started as a temp and they only offered $16/hr to start! That rate for all of the stuff on the computer that we had to do and remember along with dealing with customers isn't enough in my opinion to stay. I left within 2 weeks of the training period lol. I got BORED during training so I left. The one I worked at didn't offer much pay for sitting long hours and they wanted 2nd shift people especially. I refuse to be working at a call center job past 5 pm!
