Pros

Excellent benefits. As an RSR you get great health insurance, decent selection of dental and a nice 401k Plan with 6% match through Trowe price. You also get a car and gas card for travel in your area which is a great perk.

Cons

The base is only for first year, after that it's commission only. The difference between the top and bottom sales resp isn't that great. In most sales organizations the top reps make 4x or 5x the lowest paid sales rep. Here the top rep makes 1.5 times the lowest rep. The commission plan offers no real accelerators other than 1, so after you hit that one big commission, there isn't a ton of upside. Concern is the total comp hasn't changed in like 10 years and with current cost of things like housing and food, the job isn't rewarding top talent for their efforts. Overall compensation is light. No corporate card for travel or expenses is another thing to consider.

Pros

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
