      Full creative and professional control over region.

      Cons

      PTO is impossible to take. Salary isn’t fairly applied for the execution and job duties that this position is required. The pay is either sometimes hourly and sometimes salary. Whichever way benefits you the least over that of the business.

      - very chill - good pay with tips - lots of freedom - usually work alone

      Cons

      - can get extremely busy during rush for an hour then it slows down - owner can be annoying
