      Pros

      The location I was at has a great team, Weekly Meetings to make sure we know any changes in a clients therapy and to go over any questions we have with BCBA. Office manager was great about letting us know when we were doing a good job and providing little things to show appreciation.

      Cons

      Low pay, RBT certification hours done on your own time outside of work ( A lot of places that's part of your training) , No insurance, High turn over rate for new people. They come in, train and never come back.

      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it
