Low pay, overworked, and unsupportive management - Customer Service Representative Suddath Companies Employee Review

The company does not value or support their employees. They absolutely want you to give 200% but are unwilling to reciprocate. The company is managed by people who don't want to work, and those managers create processes that do NOT work for anyonebut themselves. An insane and unrealistic amount of work to complete daily and they remind you all day how much you are not meeting their insane standards. Management is never available and when new employees are hired the tenured non management employees are tasked to train on top of their already full plate. Would NOT recommend working here if you want a good qork/life balance and a LIVABLE wage.
