Pros
People are nice. Co-workers really help each other out.
Cons
Absolutely no work life balance. They’ve had 2 major layoffs in 12 months. They think because numbers are down we are not busy. Current employees have taken on more accounts due to layoffs. They want good customer service but the workload is not manageable. No overtime to keep up or very limited so people work off the clock to keep up. Accounts are very unbalanced as far as workload amongst the teams. If you like working without lunch, without getting paid for overtime then this is the place for you. Upper management does not care. They see numbers are down over last year but that does not equal your teams are slow. They are taking advantage of people. They are aware people work off the clock to keep up.
