Pros
The culture is unmatched and is something that can be felt across the organization - that being said the Suffolk experience varies office-to-office but thats something they are actively working on. The company is consistantly growing and focused on growing its people to set them up for success. Suffolk is extremely innovative and an early adopter of many new technologies.
Cons
Innovation comes with growing pains and half-baked initiatives sometimes. What once were competative benefits are now industry standard. 401k is a half of up to 6% match but vested over 5 years. No structured bonus program - the company claims to "pay higher salaries" to compensate for this but often times total comp is still less than market rate. No profit sharing or incentives for project/regional teams.
