Fast growth means that existing staff are stretched thin to cover new work. Management has proactively been hiring in order to get out ahead of this problem, but growing pains and a need for training are typical for any company growing as fast as Summit. Be aware that, in order to qualify for the end-of-year bonus you'll be expected to complete a certain target of billable hours before December 31.
