Pros

Great colleagues, good snacks, nice office

Cons

The partners (all male) are VERY slow to respond or react to any reports of sexism, harassment, or bullying. This is driving women out of the organization. When I joined, there were three women on the executive team, multiple female managers, and more than half the staff was female. One by one, each of the female leaders left for better positions. There is now one lone woman executive and two female managers. Many were driven away by senior management/executive sexism and bullying and reported it on their way out. The partners only addressed the offenders when they stopped making money for the company. All three partners share the blame for the sexist behavior. Some are more blatant than others, but it is clear that they want women who serve them, not women who work beside them.
