Pros

- People are generally laid back and easy to work with - Company pays HDHP and dental premiums - Good place to learn about consulting - Not much hierarchy, relatively flat structure (but can be confusing)

Cons

- Low pay despite skyrocketing revenue - pay your employees a livable wage or we will leave - Projects are boring and all seem the same - High turnover (seems like someone leaves every week) - Office is in a VERY inconvenient location - Partners seem to care more about maintaining a certain culture than employee wellbeing - Despite COVID, they still want you in the office even though revenue has greatly exceeded goals over the last year or two

We have and continue to stress the open-door policy and have been open to feedback about many things including the return-to-office plans, which we have stated are being continuously revisited based upon all necessary factors.
