      Pros

      fun people & environment, benefits are awesome, bonus based on company and goal performance, occasional incentives for sales/random goal.

      Cons

      Growth is there but sometime there is no clear guide how to get there, the company is proud about supporting employees development but in reality management is too busy to help you get to the next level even when you already did everything you can to meet the requirement and have enough experience. Also, need to review pay rate based on current employees' experience and performance.

      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere & welcoming during training period at HQ. Trainers are very knowledgeable & easily approachable. Staff at branch are also very supportive & helpful with continued training. Company as a whole is very invested in the wellness of their members & employees equally. Best decision I made in going back to financial industry after being in retail 25+ years. Summit definitely listens to their employees & is very open to many ideas on how to better the credit union. I have enjoyed company meetings & celebrations, they really keep you engaged in the networking functions or training sessions. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Some branch locations not available in certain areas. But I know we are still growing and will eventually expand.
