      Pros

      The initial training at corporate was awesome. It was a great start to what the company atmosphere was going to be like. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      There is SIGNIFICANT turnover everywhere in the company. The managers do not care about their employees. There is constantly people being treated differently for the same things and there is a huge uncomfortable push on diversity that is obviously not genuine. Very low pay.

      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere & welcoming during training period at HQ. Trainers are very knowledgeable & easily approachable. Staff at branch are also very supportive & helpful with continued training. Company as a whole is very invested in the wellness of their members & employees equally. Best decision I made in going back to financial industry after being in retail 25+ years. Summit definitely listens to their employees & is very open to many ideas on how to better the credit union. I have enjoyed company meetings & celebrations, they really keep you engaged in the networking functions or training sessions. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Some branch locations not available in certain areas. But I know we are still growing and will eventually expand.
