      Pros

      - Great Coworkers - Great Cafeteria and Gym - Great Workspace - Great Mentors - Very Generous PTO benefit.

      Cons

      The base salary for positions can be on the lower - to - mid range depending on the position. Overall I think it is a great first job, a great place to advance into a given field, gain experience, and then grow out with the mentorship and training they offer.

      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere & welcoming during training period at HQ. Trainers are very knowledgeable & easily approachable. Staff at branch are also very supportive & helpful with continued training. Company as a whole is very invested in the wellness of their members & employees equally. Best decision I made in going back to financial industry after being in retail 25+ years. Summit definitely listens to their employees & is very open to many ideas on how to better the credit union. I have enjoyed company meetings & celebrations, they really keep you engaged in the networking functions or training sessions. Highly recommend.

      Some branch locations not available in certain areas. But I know we are still growing and will eventually expand.
