      Pros

      I love being empowered to make my own lending decisions. I also enjoy setting up members to reach their financial goals. Even more fun when they follow through and reach them.

      Cons

      A major problem is the excessive frontline turn over. Due to this problem, I am being being scheduled times that I would normally be off to be able to spend time with my family. 4 out of 4 Saturday's in one month is crazy.

      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere & welcoming during training period at HQ. Trainers are very knowledgeable & easily approachable. Staff at branch are also very supportive & helpful with continued training. Company as a whole is very invested in the wellness of their members & employees equally. Best decision I made in going back to financial industry after being in retail 25+ years. Summit definitely listens to their employees & is very open to many ideas on how to better the credit union. I have enjoyed company meetings & celebrations, they really keep you engaged in the networking functions or training sessions. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Some branch locations not available in certain areas. But I know we are still growing and will eventually expand.
