Pros
The people! If you love what you do and love where you work, it's because of the people around you. The culture at Summit still feels like a family business. Everyone cares for each other's well being and safety is a big deal. Leadership is always available and that's important.
Cons
Retention isn't the best and compensation should be revisited for employees that have sacrificed a lot of their time and are committed to the job. Implementing a tier level system to categorically justify increases in pay, not just for merit, is something that Summit should consider and implement quickly.
