      Your own boss on the road.

      Cons

      Some dispatchs are rude and not professional. They favor drivers and will give more pick up to the dislike drivers. They expect you to pick up a call or message them right away when you're on the highway which is not safe and they don't care what the reason is.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
