Have met a lot of great people that are passionate about continuing to build and grow the firm! Monthly poker nights have been a fun way to connect with people.

It's a smaller firm that's still growing - so people that don't like taking a lot of ownership and don't enjoy a "startup environment" may struggle

People are nice, You work hard, you are rewarded. Lots of autonomy.

Sometimes they wait too long to cut low performers.
