Pros
Great company to work for when it comes to benefits. They have great culture statements. They like to have training Videos and promote from within. They care about Volunteerism and doing good deeds.
Cons
The pay can be on the low side. I wish they had profit sharing or purchasing stock at reduced price. The company is quite large and sometimes process and good results can get lost or too slow to change.
