Pros
The company culture is great at promoting wellness and work/life balance. They have many experienced and friendly employees at their support center and at the branches. I got the impression that they had competitive benefits even though as an intern I did not receive them myself. People who were brought in from mergers with other credit unions were treated fairly and seem happy overall with the changes. Weekly company-wide meetings promote unity between departments as well as between individual employees and management. I plan to be a member with them for life!
Cons
I believe having half of the branches in the Philadelphia area has created some challenges as far as general management and employee engagement go but they seem to have learned how to handle this well over the years.
