Pros
Good benefits. Depending on which team/line of business you work in and your manager, could get to work with a lot of great, smart people on interesting projects. Leadership seems keen on pushing CEO vision for enhanced customer experience and competitive edge.
Cons
Same ills as any large organization. Systems are old. Pay is a little behind the market. More nooks and crannies for underachievers to hide in and advance through while the real doers are too busy with their heads down to come up for air.
