Pros
Great People, and that is always the case unless you are a scientist or accountant etc. working for yourself, the human component is what delivers the work in any corporate environment!
Cons
Leadership changed, rules changed, government regulations changed, and with that the cat was let out of the box so to say! immediate deterioration in social makeup within the office. I have heard there is an attempt to rectify their errors, but who pays for such enormous mistakes?
