Great work/life balance and training opportunities. Flexible workplace arrangements.

Cons

Decisions typically made at first line levels (in other organizations) are made at more senior levels. Incredibly thin slices of job responsibility. Fiscally wasteful. It takes a very long time for each silo to reach consensus on a single decision of an operational nature. In IT, not permitted to speak directly to internal clients. Must depend on relayed information.
