Pros
None. Coverage may be decent but better at other companies, they constantly make changes without disclosing the changes.
Cons
Disorganized work place, Low pay, too many managers directors team leaders that don't understand the job and don't do anything except hide in meetings all day, stressful, high turnover rate, high amounts of people on disability and overworked staff. Competent people all leave. High degree of nepotism, your yearly evaluation will be randomly whatever they decide rather than based on your actual performance. So your stats can be stellar, but they can say you attitude was not good enough and lower your evaluation. Also they evaluate you based on a bell curve, so only one employee can have a 5 out of 5, and they need a certain number of people to have 1 out of 5, 3 out of 5. This is regardless of how good your performance actually is. Vacation difficult to get even if you have a small team. Overtime in abundance, but sometimes not paid. You will need to verify your pay stubs to make sure they pay you correctly. Bonus for the past year will only be paid mid March of the next year and you will have to be physically still at the company to receive it. Pay raises for the last year take into effect only in April of the next year.
