Pros

Managers are supportive Lots of talks and seminars You can best learn from experienced colleagues so it would be best to listen to them Great balance between work and life No salary cap

Cons

If you're an adviser, how much you earn is up to you. Meaning if you don't get out much and talk to possible prospects, then don't expect to succeed in the life insurance business The talks and seminars are good, but still experience is the best teacher, and the management can't exactly point out what to do in every situation, you really have to go out there in the field and see what you are made of
