Pros
Flexibility..good name recognition now that they've poured all their money into it.
Cons
This used to be a great place to work until they cut the compensation for sales reps significantly. They have former sales people running major products and driving the company into the ground. They are spending a ton of $$ on advertising and as a result are not focused on building infrastructure and service model which they definitely need. They have the worst compensation plan for sales reps of all insurance carriers and I have worked for two other name carriers.
