      - Annual Performance Bonus - 13th & 14th month pay - Decent pay - Decent annual increase - A bit laidback environment

      - Career path opportunities (You cant choose another path once you get bored in your current position) - Repetitive work - No relevant trainings - No upskilling / Certifications - Minor office politics - My advice is to simply do your job, go home and get paid.
