      Nice people, decent benefits, Waterloo head office has many amenities, financially strong, and large sales force. Good place if you like going with the flow.

      Cons

      Very top down directed. If idea isn't from top, or already in use, then it gets treated as an unwanted challenge to the coveted status quo.
