      Pros

      Sun Life is a great working and learning environment. My colleagues and even the staff are kind, understanding, and helps you grow and fit in as much as they could. Their Ops are always available to help with your needs and are very responsive. Last but not the least, the incentives are great even as a probationary employee.

      Cons

      I do not have any major cons for now. Most of it are extremely minor and it doesn't affect me nor my work negatively.
