      Depends on your team, overall is positive If your team lead isn't competent, respect within the team goes out the window and you’re left alone dealing with all the fallout

      Only proceed if you're okay with team leads who lack expertise, barely communicate, because they're too busy managing upwards appeasing leadership. talks a lot about customer centricity but doesn't really apply it to his own team. Practice what you preach
