Pros

Very nice people that try to be available. Very knowledgeable with insurance.

Cons

You are forced to be a mutual funds advisor and have little help from people who are knowledgeable. You are forced to pay 600 plus dollars a month for their software that is partly covered by a salary for the first few months until it changes to 100% compensation. They live by the moto fake it until you make it. And if you don't make it they will charge you thousands of dollars to leave their company. If you weren't vaccinated you weren't aloud to work from the corporate office.

Pros

Sun Life provides competitive benefits, remote work opportunities, and the chance to work alongside knowledgeable professionals. The company offers strong learning opportunities within the disability and leave management space.

Cons

Staffing reductions and increasing workloads have made it difficult for some teams to maintain service levels while preserving employee well-being. Leadership communication and support can vary by department.
