Senior mgmt works in a clique against the employees, lip service is given to improve employee morale, which is extremely low, programs are initiated with great fanfare but never followed through on Decisions are made arbitrarily with little if any input sought from managers or staff Learning opportunities are granted based on political choices rather than accomplishments Extremely political organization, if you cannot play that game or do not want to play that game, this is not the place for you You will have no support from your own management if you take a stance against another department or issue. Unless it betters the managers career, expect yourself to be on a limb by yourself.
