Pros
It's the best shop that I've worked at thus far in terms of a balance between meaningful work, compensation, opportunity, and good leadership.
Cons
There's a lot of inefficiency and tech debt. While there are plenty of great folks both in senior leadership as well as lower levels, there's also a fair number of people who make things harder for the high performers. Greater economic conditions impacting the solar industry are not great right now, but I'm optimistic on the company's ability to thrive again through it.
