      Large fleet of equipment to access as well as specialty divisions and established business with customers

      Cons

      Poor commission structure as you need to get a ton of equipment on rent to make any kinda decent money. as well as territory cuts are common if your area starts doing well.

      Pros

      HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

      Cons

      I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
