Pros

A good entry-level role for recent college graduates looking to gain professional sales experience, build communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for their careers.

Cons

The pay and commission structure are major concerns. There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, and management lacks accountability. Expectations vary depending on whether management sees you as someone they want to promote, creating an unfair and inconsistent work environment. Managers set standards that they don't consistently enforce, and employees are often encouraged to compete against their coworkers rather than work as a team. A recurring pattern is that employees who are initially identified as future management candidates often become frustrated with the inconsistent treatment and leave within a year. When they leave, management frequently shifts its attention to someone else who had previously been overlooked, only to repeat the same cycle. This obvious favoritism creates resentment, hurts morale, and contributes to the company's high turnover.

Pros

They pay for your parking and will do fun office activities to distract you from the major changes going on.

Cons

Constant changes to processes but they still want you to produce. My desk has changed every 2 months since I started. Can’t build my desk. Leadership doesn’t give you enough time for change to happen and you will have a meeting every day to remind you how the team is failing.
