Fantastic group of open-minded, results-oriented managers. Had the pleasure of working with some of the most creative, cross-functional people that I've ever worked with in my career. Had autonomy in management so long as results were achieved - recognition for results, and the manner in which results were obtained. Friendliness and communication were valued
Cons
Lean organization in certain support functions. Lack of the highest level of senior management appreciation for those support functions routinely resulted in company strategic decisions that were biased in favor of certain departments versus others. More recent changes to the culture, related to the acquisition, have significantly diminished the current culture. The company is no longer located in the greater Philadelphia area.
