      Not many pros to mention

      Cons

      Management doesn't focus on issues of importance. Only worry about things that are minor and of no real significance. They screw up pay checks every week and take forever to finally pay employees their money.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
