      Its a job...general manager supportive..lots of on job training..can go to general manager with any problem to seek a solution

      Cons

      Shift leader power trips..management catered to employees who do wrong if they did some of managements kitchen work.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
