      They are caring and understanding when it comes to emergencies and time off as long as you are getting your work done. They are all about making sure everyone is trained and has the support necessary to get your job completed.

      Cons

      If you work hard sometimes you get overloaded with work unless you speak up and say something.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
