      Pros

      They pay vacation and offer a lot of trainings. They are using an oracle database up to date.

      Cons

      When you work for a franchise, there is little chance for promotion.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
