      lots of sun, great outdoor opportunity, great for polishing negotiating skills. Management stays in touch even after i'm gone.

      Cons

      You have to deal with other people who don't work here.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
