No proper directions and things change alot.

The CEO has built a really good culture locally at the HQ. Overall, there is a very positive vibe there and a lot of expectations on employees. If you are a fan of being self-motivated, which I am, then this is a good environment for you.

Sometimes the expectations are unclear, even if you ask a lot of questions. The work-life balance is not great, but it's self-imposed. If you want to work hard and do good work, then take ownership of that. If you want to work an easy job where you aren't held accountable, then this isn't the right place for you.
