Pros

Its fast paced and no day is the same. Great team I work with and it's great to guide them through challenges they occasionally face through my experience.

Cons

You dont have a social life , as the majority of your day ,and managing the night operations doesn't allow it. But I've got used to it now..its a lifestyle.
