Pros

Very Little, time off, just can't think of a positive pro working at Sunstar Insurance

Cons

No direction, no training, put at your desk, very little training on the program, you are expected to work from the seat of your pants. Questions are answered with spite and belittling. No sales reports or direction.

Pros

They don't care enough to micromanage Health insurance and disability is better than most places. They don't allow overtime ever. Not a very large company so I put in the wrong city info to remain anonymous

Cons

management isn't around when there is a problem. Each office is like an independent fifedom. No formal training plan or program.
